Digs and Dirt began as a discussion between a Chief Financial Officer and Chief Training Officer at a commercial and land real estate firm.  The conversation began with the corporate executives describing the needs of commercial clients who began as residential clients.  It happens.  After 25+ years in the real estate business our clients have purchased investments to include homes, restaurants, nail salons, medical offices, insurance firms, car washes, horse farms and tire stores.

The realization that there was a need in the market for turnkey real estate professionals who could service all of their clients' needs became conceptualized with the creation of Digs and Dirt.
